We have included a table of the length of the nails we use below.
You can now choose whichever sizes you need easier.
MEN'S NAIL SIZES
The sizes of the men's nails start at 17mm wide for the widest measurement and go down in size. The length of the widest nail is 34mm but could be cut down for short, should you require the short length, kindly email me first.

NAILS 
Our nails are all imported from either the USA or China and come in sizes short, long or extra long. The widths are 0 - 9 and most sets are in twenties. We design on clear and opaque nails depending on the actual design.
 POLISH & VARNISH
We use the best polish we find and that is not always the most expensive that covers best. Over the last few years there have been a lot of new suppliers, if you want recommendations kindly
email us and we will suggest some. You might try the High Street shops, they give a large range of makes and prices. We also use transparent glass paint which gives a gorgeous shine. All our designs are sealed with two coats of clear polish to keep the patterns in good condition.
NAIL ART
Our nail art items include rhinestones, Swarovski crystals, striper tape, prints, teeny beads, ceramic flowers, real dried flowers, striper pens, stencils, crushed shell, gold leaf and lots of other great adornments. These items are always imported from the USA or China.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by Paypal and would like to assure our customers that no bank or credit card details are ever in our possession at any time. The details are held at Paypal only and cannot be accessed by us.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Handpaintednails.com will ensure that your order is dispatched as soon as possible in new condition. We dispatch orders by post, so kindly ensure your address is full and include your post/zip code. Kindly also allow time for delivery.
Should your order not reach you in satisfactory condition then contact us within 14 days for us to allow for a replacement or refund. Please see our refund policy for more information on your consumer rights.
Our main priority is to ensure that you can shop safely –your personal information will not be passed on to a third party. All information and data given by our customers is considered to be absolutely confidential, we never release any of your information to third parties.
We do not collect and store customers data beyond the routine backup of our customer database. This information is kept for sales records and general statistics tracking of our website. This information is protected by a firewall requiring a unique password for access and does not include any of your person payment details which are kept exclusively on the SSL Secure Server.
Upon placing an order, you will be notified by confirmation email, your payment details are never in our possession. They are only used by our credit card processors – Paypal through the use of SSL webpages.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We use the royal mail for shipping. Kindly refer to the information below for estimated delivery times to your area.
UK & Republic of Ireland - normally 3 days to process, as soon as we dispatch your item, you will receive an email as confirmation, you should receive your purchase within a further 5 days.
Europe - normally 3 days to process as soon as we dispatch your item, you will receive an email as confirmation, you should receive your purchase within a further 6 days.
USA - normally 3 days to process as soon as we dispatch your item, you will receive an email as confirmation you should receive your purchase within 12 days. Buyers should be aware local taxes may apply.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously and take measures to protect your personal information .
We collect your billing and shipping address and email address. This is only used to fill your order and is not passed on to anyone else.
We do not store your credit card data.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If your item is faulty or you are not entirely happy with your purchase, then simply return your item for a full refund

How to return an item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned.
Your statutory rights allow you the right to cancel within 7 days of your contract with us, or 7 days from receipt of the goods(whichever is longest). Should you decide to cancel your order for any reason, handpaintednails.com will return your payment in full.
Kind email us if you wish a refund, kindly include in your parcel a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Please note items return for reasons other than faulty will require you to cover the cost of return postage. In every case where it is agreed that the item is faulty we will reimburse the cost of return postage.
Any item that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return, refund or exchange.
Your statutory right are not affected.

We at handpaintednails.com prefer payment to be made through Paypal, as it far safer than any other method.
